I used Ken for my Daughter and Son in Laws purchase of a home in Lawrenceville. He kept all of the parties informed and was very easy to work with, all while being professional at all times. I would recomend Ken to anyone who ask!

Ken worked with us through a residential real estate purchase and was outstanding, especially in dealing with several unexpected twists in the deal. He gave sound and clear advice, was always readily available, and went above and beyond to make sure we were well represented. My wife and I are both former attorneys and heartily recommend Ken for anyone purchasing a home in NJ.

I am writing this to make sure that other buyerss do not go through what I did.
Ken called me from his car to discuss the contract for the first time. I told him to call from work and when he did he just routinely read through the contract without giving any advise about what are some of the possible changes I might consider. His overall tone remained rude and impatient.
The sellers didn't have a permit for basement and Ken had no idea what type of clause he can put to protect me in case they fail to get one before closing. I came up with something reasonable after mulling it over and Ken just copied my email into the contract.
First inspection found 6+ misrepresentations in the disclosure. Ken didn't help me back out based on these. He forced me to spend more money on inspections and the deal fell apart when inspection confirmed major defects, sellers didn't reduce price enough and Ken refused to negotiate.
Overall I wouldn't advise anyone to use Ken as an attorney.
