Was in a car accident 2 years ago. . I had sent in paperwork three times, but the office keeps telling me they never received it, I guess because the person at fault had only 30,000 dollars in coverage, the law office decided to ignore me. I have tried to get another lawyer but no one will take my case since I have one.

His staff is polite and his materials are professional, but the lawyer didn't meet me until he was ready to settle my case. I thought he was very condescending. When I asked clarifying questions, he became very insulted and said, "Do you really think you'll think of anything I haven't already thought of? I'm the best lawyer in Charlotte."
