My fee simple form wasn't filled correctly on the property tax amount. Peter was good in attitude but one of his staff was horrible. I arrived and kept standing nobody greeted me until I asked the lady sitting by the entrance. She yelled at me "Stand back" because of COVID-19. I actually was standing 3 meters from her. I kept my composure and waited for Peter. Peter was good but I found out he overcharged me 3 times more than other lawyers afterward. I had not checked with other lawyers because my mother just passed and was very sad. Plus Peter is famous and he had a Christian ministry education. A couple of months later I received my property tax notice(with my mother's name shown). I asked Eva(his staff) why? she replied I could notify the gov't. Well, they should have followed up on it. After a while, I emailed her regarding the immigration sponsorship service. She did not reply. So, I would not retain this lawyer company again.

Overall our lawyer, Steve P Lam, is alright, not the best kind but is knowledgeable and patient at explanations. He did mis-spelled the vendor's last name when drafting the sell and purchase contract for a property though. But that's fine, we all make mistake. The service, however, is unacceptably horrible, especially the conveyancer, Monica Wong. I have been asking for a quotation for 3 months with almost 3 voicemails left per week. And yet, she has not responded to any of it, reason being "I was busy". Her attitude is the worst. She did not keep up with the progress of the case, and yet speak to me condescendingly. How do such a brainless and rude person stands at the frontline of dealing with clients. I definitely regret finding this attorney. Please don't make the same mistake as I do.

The associate lawyer we dealt with was very nice and knowledgable. The legal assistant, Monica, had a horrible attitude. She did not explain things us appropriately and argues with me that I already told her to do things a certain way when I did not even understand what I was agreeing to! I would not recommend dealing with this lady as she was difficult to deal with and caused me headache.

Dishonost and full of himself. Thinks that just cause he's on the radio he can treat everyone like a piece of dirt!! Will never do business with this clown.

HORRIBLE, RUDE and very DISHONEST law firm. They have no idea what they are doing and will add lots of extra charges to the bill. Last time I was just inquiring some rates but the receptionist already forced me to make an appointment to sign the documents when we haven't send it over yet. After we send it over they said they need to increase the charges and at the end they also suddenly said there is extra fees and increase the price again. At the end Peter Li himself spoke to me and told me to stop asking about the break down of the price and let him work on more serious stuff that he can make money. He said he doesn't want to waste time on explaining those couple of hundreds dollars business with me. Of course at the end we cancelled the appointment. So NEVER EVER find this guy unless you want to get scammed!!!
