DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER! He doesn't have even basic knowledge of the law: not knowing that the family court loses jurisdiction once a child turns 18, not researching if a significant change in circumstances has occurred before filing a motion for a modification in temporary orders, not knowing that you can't file a motion for a modification of temporary orders while you're in the middle of mediation, and encouraging his client to violate the custody agreement. Also, he has no negotiation skills, insisting that the other party pay the maximum possible while at the same time saying he'd like to settle the case, not budging at all or compromising at all. His lack of knowledge of the law cost his client their case and racked up $50,000 in legal costs.
