Received debt letter Jan 2016. Called to tell him he had the wrong person. As other complaints mentioned, the man (Thomas)was condescending and arrogant.I proved him wrong with documentation. During correspondence he did not follow professional protocol and follow up. After receiving my final documentation proving he was WRONG, he did not acknowledge receipt or his error. Thus, he dropped it after being unprofessional and condescending. Unvbelievable.

this lawyer is very unprofessnol. i tried to resolve a problem with him and he slamed the door in my face. he had a judgement on me since 1997 and i never recieved one notice. when i tried to resolve it he told me to get out of his office. he stated do you think this is the a&p where you can just walk in. i apoliged and ask him to see me when he has time. he again stated get out of here. very,very,nasty. in my opionion he should be barred from practicing law. then he slamed the door shut in my face. he would not take the letter i had written to him. he threw it back at me and told me to mail it to him.
