Without a doubt, one of the best litigators in San Diego. While sometimes hard to reach, you soon learn that Mr. De La Flor is diligently working on your case. He is not a "hand-holder" so if you're looking for that, he is not your man. However, if you can live without daily communication and are looking for the best and most professional representation you can find out there without exception, then George De La Flor wins hands down. In terms of tenacity and work quality he is "off the chart" on the good end. Mr. De La Flor has handled several cases for me throughout the past 10 years ranging from employment litigation to personal injury and I can say without reservation, if your case has enough merit and you are fortunate enough that he takes it (he doesn't take just any case) you're in the hands of one of the best attorneys practicing in the San Diego area today. You'll truly enjoy watching him work his "magic" and soon learn the difference between a lawyer & A LAW PROFESSIONAL.

I hired this attorney to represent me afte I was discriminated against by my employer. THis attorney promised to take my case and to work on it and only charge me a fee if we won the case. The staff was nice enough but it was clear that the firm wanted to take in the case and settle for the most money that they could without doing any of the "heavy lifing" that they should have done. I could never get a hold of the attorney and the staff always told me that he was out of the office or at court. When I did finally get a hold of the attorney he did not seem to remember me or the details of the case. My case settled for a small amount of money and I believe that I would have done better by getting someone else.

A friend of mime recommended George to me. I met with him in his La Mesa office and decided to hire him. Right off the bat knew that there were going to be problems. For one thing I could never get the guy to return any of my phone calls. I gave him a rating of 3 for his knowledge because it seems that the guy really knew what he was talking about. I soon learned though that it doesn't matter how much a lawyer knows but how hard he is willing to work that makes the difference. In my case he promised me that I would not have to pay him any money until he recovered wages that were owed to me from my empoyer. I felt that he was forcing me to settle the case to get it over with as soon as possible so that he wouldn't have to do any work. I finally gave into the pressure and decided to settle the case. I was pressured in to settling for a fraction of the money that was owed to me. I don't know if this is how all of the cases go, but I was not happy.
