After knowing Mark Sherry for more than 2 decades, I referred an individual that had 4 cases with state of California CALTRANS. I was advised that I be receiving a FINDERS fee in appreciation for all 4 cases from one referral. I find it completely UNETHICAL for an agreement to be made then have a LAWYER RENIG.on his statement. Mark Sherry is very good at his ability to compromise our legal system.Sherry represented 8 of my cases. The power that lawyers abuse,against our legal is an embarrassment to our human RIGHTS.The SHERRY FIRM is PATHEDIC

Worst attorney ever and his assistant is as dumb as a box of rocks.... I would not ref him to my worst enemy, ruined my whole case.

(LEGAL FRAUD)I was done so wrong it's criminal. Did not fight for my rights. In fact conspired with the opposition to defraud me of my worker's comp benefits. He obtained my consent to settle a stipulated agreement through the act of making intentionally making false Mis representations and coersion. The facts in the stipulated agreement were per my recent discovery, mis representated/concealed with the intent to deceive me, which I relied upon to my own demise, as I was ignorant to the law. I suffered injury to my constitutional rights and economic/non economic damages. The worse part is that I trusted this attorney's expertise. He was very convencing and I did not see it coming. The Stipulated Agreement was broken by The Third party administrator the next month, who did not payout according to terms. Recently found him listed under "SUPER ATTORNEYS". Becareful, "All that glitters aint gold"
