Gave him a $3,500. retainer fee in Aug 2012. After first visit, I spoke to him one time. He submitted forms in court for us to have temporary custody. We went to court one other time. I was sent two statements which indicated I had a credit of $2,200. The last statement I received indicated I had a balance of $200. I called today 10/31/13 and asked when I would get the check for this. I actually spoke to the lawyer. He informed me that I only had $117.00 coming back and that he would send me a check today. I also asked for an itemized invoice. Hope to get the check soon. He will probably charge me to send the check and an itemized invoice. Attorney Kammer sounded surprized that I asked for the money he did not send to be sent to me. I am sure if there is a way he can do it, he will use every dime. I guess he thought this should be a tip. WOW

I am the mother of his child, and he has been continually suing me since 1997. He has never won a case against me, and we have always been granted 50-50 joint custody of our son. In 2006, he hired Ron Miciotto, who co-signed on the current judge's (Woodrow Nesbitt) campaign loan. Mr. Kammer also hired Shelley Booker, his neighbor & an LPC, to report to the court that I am "emotionally labile." The judge took my child from me based on her report, and his personal connection with Mr. Kammer & Mr. Miciotto. I have never been arrested, never been declared unfit, and always have taken excellent care of our son. Another Shreveport attorney volunteered to take my case because what had happened was so outlandish and obscene. See court document/report excerpts at www.debbiebuchananengle.blogspot.com. Three years later, my son hates his father, and we continue to be engaged in litigation. Mr. Kammer is not an honorable man. Fortunately, the judge resigned the day I filed my appeal.
