She saved my downpayment and she made my closing go thru. The other side tried to adjourn and keep my deposit but Nina helped me and she saved the closing and now I have a house because of her. She is the best!

I don't suggest you to hire her! I think she just collects money. SHE never returns calls!

I hired her when I was buying a house. I know that she is one of the most experienced attorneys in real estate. I recieved prompt and courteous service and she really helped me with m problems. She got me an extension when I was having trouble finding financing. I highly recommend her.

She is by far the most incompetent and unknowledgable lawyer I have met. She never returns calls (maybe unless you are Russian/Jewish), is always in a rush and never does her research throughly. She altered my contract and included terms in there that I was not aware of. When I confronted her regarding this, she said I was aware of it. I told her to look at the fax # on the pages and how they don't match up and also where the contract template was cut and re-attached. If you want to default on closing, then you should hire her. She has a new office with Timonthy now, wonder how she stays in business? She acts like she's doing you a favor by giving you a discounted rate, guess what? You're getting a discounted service too. Why hire her when you can find any JO SHMOE from off the streets- same thing. Save your time and money, find yourself a REAL LAWYER for your money.

Thank heave for this lawyer. She expertly helped me with a real estate closing. I had some problems with the boundry line and some tax liens. Before I hired an attorney, the other attorney tried to take advantage of me but after I hired Ms. Bompart, she dealt with the buyer's attorney and she took care of all the problems. She is the best attorney. I would not have been able to sell my house without her.

She saved the deal for me. I had a situation where my appraisal came in below the market and she was able to negotiate a price reduction from the seller. Another attorney would have just cancelled the deal but she saved the deal and obtained a lowering of the price. I highly recommend her. She has a lot of experience and she really knows what she is doing.

I strongly recommend to avoid this attorney’s office. Nina Bompart is totally not qualified to provide professional attorney’s services. She never returns calls, misleads you, lies, doesn’t follow through with what was started. she can not help you, but can only make it worse for you. she even managed to send paperwork to the wrong bank of another client. avoid her!
this was the worst experience of my life!
