She failed to file proper papers or show up for court dates on several hearings. Was not pro-active, in my case. Doesn't seem to work a case (at least, my case) until, the night before and then kept me up on the phone all night, as she only notified me of hearing dates the night before court, if she bothered to inform me, at all. No accounting of monies. Borrowed thousands of dollars and failed to repay; probably due to my age/handicap..it makes me an easy target for swindlers like Ms. Perfili. Stated that "All my clients are crazy and don't pay!" I overpaid and should get a major refund, including the thousands of dollars she 'borrowed,' in a failed attempt to stop her own home repossession, which failed. Important mail was "returned to sender" ; her address and phone #'s change frequently. She turned down purchase offers of my real estate without ever informing me. Failed to represent me and arranged for sale of my property and no monies were paid to me.
