Yes, she should be reported to the law society. Malicious and tells untruths to ruin your child's mental state and makes sure your child gets no money for his life. I have heard some horrible things from other lawyers about her but I cannot write it her. Ask around you will find out.

Catherine is very sweet and genuine and will always get the job done. Catherine is reasonable and will always be honest with you. Also, her staff are very helpful. Highly recommended.

It is too bad friend's can comment on a lawyers' ratings. This lawyer is destructive and will destroy your relationships with your children for ever and will destroy a child's life in her invested self interest. Your ex will never speak to you again. If this is what you want then this is the right person. I have heard nothing but negatives about this lawyer after my horrible experience. She should be report to the law society that is how bad she is. Hopefully, someone has done that for peace of future families.

She accomplished what several other lawyers didn't or couldn't. Ms. Hibberd resolved all my outstanding issues in a timely manner and in a cost efficient way. She was always honest with me, respectful and it became cleawr that she knows family law rules inside out. I only wish I had been referred to her before spending so much money on other lawyers.

Fantastic lawyer. Catherine was my guardian angel. She remained focused and calm in face of an opposing lawyer who was willing to exercise every dirty trick in the book, strategically allowing the opposing lawyer to work from an unfair position of power and overconfidence to a self-induced destruction as that lawyer's case fell apart from her lies being self-exposed. Throughout the journey, it showed that Catherine was highly motivated by a just moral compass, and the desire to ensure no parental relationship is wrongfully ripped apart. Thank you Catherine from the bottom of my (and my son's) heart(s)!

She was a costly waste of time and was getting walked on by my ex spouses lawyer. Would only be interested in billing me and not working for me. She was horrible and I wish even now years later that I fired her sooner. What a difference getting a new lawyer was. I am glad I didn't keep her because I would of lost access to my children!

Catherine will destroy your relationship forever with your children. Too think she is a family law lawyer motivated by her own childrens' needs too destroy your's is beyond comprehension. Think again and be leary of her good reviews. You want some one who does that right thing. She will only be self servicing. There are so many other good lawyers out there.

Catherine was a breath of fresh air when she did my Separation Agreement in June 2014. After I rejected 2 other lawyers- the first one wanted to charge me way too much & required far more documentation than was necessary, and the second one still wouldn't keep it simple despite being known to - Catherine listened to how I wanted to do it and then did it my way. She also included a few things in the Agreement that I didn't know about & which were important, but explained them thoroughly & sought my approval. She returned phone calls & emails promptly. She truly turns the cliché upside down about lawyers. I highly, highly recommend her. She even completed my Agreement the same day I met with her, as I had to leave town the next day for several weeks (I came well prepared). She went above & beyond, & was very collaborative with me. I've been meaning to write this since last year, to counter all the older negative comments. Definitely engage her services, you'll be very pleased you did.

Wonderful with my family. Great Find. She tells you straight up and any negative listings came from gold-diggers who were told the reality of their position . But this is the nature of internet today. She comes HIGHLY recommended and is very fair, realistic and honest. Also a lovely caring person. Will be a real advantage in your divorce. SHE IS A GREAT ATTORNEY.

Very nice person, pleasant to be around, but a hinderance in my case. She rarely returned phone calls or emails and when she did do work, it was littered with errors and the advice she gave would have put me in a vunerable position had I not switched lawyers. I would not recommend her to anyone. Her strategy was poor and she wasn't willing to fight for my case. Just a terrible, terrible lawyer.

I am surprised at the rating of this lawyer. Catherine was a great lawyer for me a few years ago when I was settling my divorce. She was thorough, and a great member to have on my team. The only complain is that it did take a bit of time for her to return phone calls...

Absolutely horrible. Does not meet legal deadlines. Speaks and types extremely slowly. Charges $$ for no results at all. Not informative. I stayed with her for 6 months then was forced to change lawyers. Absolutely useless. It's been a nightmare dealing with her.
