Archie Kaario was hired to help me get primary custody of my child. He wasted all my money when I never had a winning case. He lead me down the path thinking I had a case that could be won mean while he was just trying to make as much money as possible.

I get the feeling he delays things in order to incur costs. Claimed he knew process but it had been changed years before. Constantly restating things as I believe he's unorganized and really should retire.

Hired him for a family matter-what a joke of a lawyer. Could have done better myself. Only cost me about $25,000 for absolutely nothing. Except for constant uneccessary letters sent off at a ridiculous cost each time. Another poor decision I made.

Beware. There are numerous unnecessary communications Mr. Kaario sends which costs you money. Go in with some knowledge! This is not the lawyer to trust completely as he plays off of inexperience, fear, and uncertainty. He will feed into your fears which keeps your file with him going longer than it should and will make it seem as if everything is your fault should you complain about it. There are many avenues this lawyer will take with are questionable. I would strongly advise to pick someone else!

All he cares about is making money. He has got too many clients and sometimes gets clients/cases confused.
