Phil Lister is the smartest lawyer I ever knew, has near photographic memory and can quote any legal precedent you need. From a client's point of view such as myself, he is consciencious, always willing to take a call or return a call promptly. He works hard for his client's cause and I was happy to recommend him to two of my friends. They were just as satisfied with the way he conducted their case as I have been. I hope never to need lawyer again but if I do, would use Phil Lister again.

He's a withered old man, why is his hair sticking up everywhere? He was a con artist, worse than Ive ever seen. He brags that he has 40 years experience, but he's not well recommended by anybody. Especially the BBB. It wasn't even through legal aid, I had paid for his services it was the biggest waste of money ever spent. Very unprofessional, pretty sad when you have to pack up your office in the middle of the night and move locations. You know its sad when 'time-served Sinclair' has a better rating than you... All in all, very disappointed in his services. Would never recommend.
