I personally can say that Max made sure that he would do his very best to seek Justice and grant us freedom not only with Hague but also my custody . 3 years later today at 1140 April 3 2025 , I am over the moon happy to read what every single mom could only dream to hear “ Congratulations your ordeal is over !!” I’m so grateful for Max and his team and all their efforts and dedication these past years . Mr. Blitt represented me personally for my Hague Convention case which began in 2022 and lasted until 2024 in Canada, and I will be forever grateful to have had Mr. Blitt defend and fight so diligently for my son and myself during the most stressful and scary period in our lives. Mr Max Blitt was hired by myself for a period of nine months 2019-2020 to resolve a surprise legal matter from my sons mother. Mr Blitt was a referral from a parenting coordinator. Mr Blitt is very knowledgeable and up to date with current legislation. Even though my case was not extremely complex, Mr Blitt displayed compassion and empathy and always advised to use alternative measures to resolve issues claimed by the plaintiff before going to lengthy and expensive court time. Mr Blitt also took into consideration my financial position and provided resources and steps to take with future proceedings. Thankyou

Max represented me for over 8 years in a high conflict case. I was falsely accused of abuse and had no access to my daughter. Max had empathy for mine and my daughther's situation. With his help I came from complete darkness into the light. My daughter is now with me fulltime despite exorbitant and absurd efforts to erase me. The fact he cared helped beyond words. I still wish it resolved in a much less taxing manner, but thank you Max for being there the whole way.

Max Blitt is one of the most amazing lawyers I have ever dealt with. He is fair, honest and intelligent. Max helped me in getting my son back from Jordan when I was hopeless and thought I would never see my son again. Today, I have my son back with me and I have full custody . Max is great as he was always there when I needed him on an advice, even if he was away he would reply. A lawyer who cares about his clients , fair, honest , decent and stands for what is right is not very common these days. I would recommend Max Blitt to anyone who have family matter issues especially abduction. I learned one thing among many from Max and that is to never lose hope.

I was referred to this lawyer by a friend who dealt with him on a real estate deal. I should have known not to go to a general practitioner with a divorce even though he claims he is a specialist. He failed to achieve any of the results I was seeking notwithstanding promises he initially made.

He was my lawyer for 9 months some time ago. During that time I spent tens of thousands of dollars on parenting and property issues. I then see him at a gay bar I frequent on occasion. No big deal to me at all. After that all of my calls and emails go unanswered and he ends up dropping me as a client. I spent a lot of money and expected better. Had to spend a lot more money getting a new lawyer up to speed. What a waste.

After 3 years of battling for my children and a lot of stress Max dropped me as a client. I had mentioned that I was under a lot of stress financially and emotionally and he did not want this to ruin his reputation. In 3 years I actually saw him twice. I think he's a fabulous lawyer and knows his stuff but the lack of communication caused me to be misinformed and, after investing A LOT of money into him, I had to start from the beginning with a new lawyer. Sadly I was already divorced and had my judgement of sole custody.... My divorce was way cheaper than trying to keep the judgment I had in place and it never got anywhere. Don't get me wrong, Max is a GREAT Lawyer, he just needs to work on his communication skills to explain the legal system in terms the average person who doesn't deal with these things on an everyday basis, can understand.

Max Blitt is very thorough in his approach in dealing with family law matters. He communicates effectively what to expect and the process of things and is very helpful with his instructions. He is a caring lawyer who's main concern is the well being of the child and will expediate the process to ensure fairness and complaiance. In regards to matters of child abduction and the return of the child he is very well versed and experienced and willing to put in alot of time to ensure the return of the child.I would recommend mr. Blitt in all matters of parental abduction as well as rights to access.
