Said they specialized in mortgage modifications but didn't help much his company got the same deal with my mortgage that I got a month before dealing with greg pavia law firm which he also had a office in Corona. They took my 3,500 after the consultation stating they would get a better deal for us with our loan which they didn't and I had to put 4,000 down with my mortgage company for my loan modification which was only brought down 200.00 which my company gave me that deal 1 month before going to them. So I was out 7,500 and I had to find a legit company after that. Also I received a email from the agent working on my loan stating he quit due to negligence going on at the company that he didn't agree with.

This is a scam artist, operating under different office names, claiming knowledge in home loan modification does nothing for clients after taking their money. No calls, no effort, but now listed in the CalBar's Investigation Unit. Thanks CalBar !
