I wasn't intimidated as I am with most lawyers, he was understanding in my cituation and handle my case very well and i recommend him to anyone in the phoenix and surrounding area.

	2/14/13	1	1	1	1	1	WARNING! Absolute disgussting person. totally unprofessional and always late. Always asks what your name is. Complete ****. he charges 3500 from beginning to end, staight fee. DO NOT fall for this folks! I spent all I had as a first time offender and all he did was tell me I had to take a class. We as people need to be educated and im telling you from experience, if you are first time offender with a petty offence do not invest in a laywer, just go to your first court date and normally they will give a few options, like go to a class. Do not be stupid and get a lawyer and waste your money people! Do not get a lawyer! And especially DO NOT get Michael Urbano as your lawyer! Ever!

	4/1/12	5	5	5	5	5	We hired Mr. Urbano to represent our daughter on some very serious drug charges. We were so.pleased that we hired him again when she got in more trouble. Every other lawyer we talked to was afraid to take her case. Mr. Urbano was great. He not only kept our daughter from going to prison, he and his staff worked on their own time (for free) hepling our little girl get off drugs and get her life back on track. We are so happy that we found attorney Michael Urbano. He is the best lawyer in Phoenix, the most professional and the most personal. We feel like he is part of our family now.

Rather go with a public defender than with Mr. Urbano. He was unprepared for evry single hearing and showed up dresse like clown. Unprofessional and uneffective!
