E. Stilwell(ES)absolutely stinks. Hire her at your own peril- You may not ever see your children. I mentored a young girl at a charity agency for the past 2 years/ ES wrote an "anonymous letter" to the agency (Aug 24 16) stating I "should" not watch the child as a "proper" background check had not been done. The agency and their disgraceful junior attorney (from the Kerrigan Firm) in Pensacola stopped agency sponsorship based hearsay, innuendo, and the rumor mill. The child and I were devastated. I met with Stillwell on Aug 23 and asked questions on how to Motivate my SRC judge to uphold his own visitation order for my own child. The next day after I saw ES (who looks nothing like she does in that picture) wrote the letter. On behalf of myself and the child who I grew very fond of: -THANKS A LOT for LYING! Keep up the good work. Yes better background checks ought to be done and I challenge you in a judicial hearing to prove I ever harmed a child. I want to hear from you...soon.

I am in the middle of my divorce and I am so pleased with Mrs. Stillwell and her assistant/paralegal Tina, I had to write a review before my case is over. They take of business and keep me informed on what may happened next, what will happen next and what will be our next move. If my spouse/opposing law firm did not meet a deadline or an extension , then they (Stillwell Law) would file the next document immediately, to let them know "we are not playing". Mrs. Stillwell explained the divorce proceedings very clear and I understand that nothing is guaranteed, it’s up to the judge, so even if I do not get what I want, my opinion and experience will not change. She is very knowledgeable in military divorces and I’m sooo happy I retained her to represent me. The firm is very personable; they made me feel like I was their only client. No matter how many questions I had or emails I sent, Tina would explain in detail and responded to my emails. Love this team, they ROCK!!!!

I read the reviews and I have to admit at first I was a little skeptical about making an appointment with this attorney. I decided to give it a try and I have to say I am so glad that I did! Attorney Stillwell is the best! She has been great through my entire divorce case. Anytime I had a question she was there to answer. Her staff was wonderful and very patient with me as well. Not sure why the negative comment about her assistant Tina, she was very professional and respectful each and every time I called or went by the office, and I must admit I called a lot. Again from the consultation to the end of my divorce Attorney Stillwell was there for me. I highly recommend this law firm.

My experience with Mrs. Stillwell was excellent. She took the time to not only talk with me, but to listen as well. Her staff returned my calls promptly and were very nice and helpful. Mrs. Stillwell was timely with everything and let me know what was going on.

Saved me thousands by letting me know my spouse was wrong when she told me i would be paying permanent alimony. Every time i emailed her i got a response right away. her staff was helpful and i dropped off papers without appointments and they helped me fill them out. always asked me how the children were and seemed genuinely concerned about our family during a difficult divorce. went over paperwork with me when i had questions.

Non existent! That about sums her up. I wish I had read reviews before I dealt with her bit you would think most people you pay a large fee to would work for their money...not her! I talked more to her staff then her and she was always in court or in a meeting with another client. If I got a response it was late at night and by email. Oh well, you live and learn. Hopefully my review will help prevent someone else from making a huge mistake with her as an attorney.

This lawyer talks the talk but cant walk the walk she is very sensitive to the opposing attorneys question an gives up under pressure. A waste of my daughters time an my money. Shes never available an return calls as she feels. This was a poor choice as representation. Please please please at all cost avoid Stillwell Law Firm its a joke.

I really wish I had checked these ratings before retaining this lawyer. All of the previous comments are exactly what happened to me. She talks a great game at the initial consultation, and then does not perform. And, the secretary Tina is rude and incompetent as well. She will contact opposing counsel with an offer without first consulting with the client. Then without any notice, she will file papers to be withdrawn from the case, but will continue to send bills for any time spent doing anything on the case. You will pay alot of money and get NOTHING. I just hope that this review can save someone else the expense and heartache that I experienced while dealing with the Stillwell Law Firm. Find someone else!

This person is not ethically or morally sound. I would recommend anyone seeking an attorney or Guardian Ad Litem, stay away from this person if you want your best interest considered!!!!

Big waste of time that I did not have. Like many attorneys, promises the world then falls off the earth. More concerned about contacting the opposing side behind your back and giving incorrect information instead of being proactive and filing motions. Got a hearing date later than we should have and she did NOTHING to try to get it sooner. As a result, ex wife switched sons school district and cut my visitation to a third at whim and nothing was done. While telling me she could turn in a contempt motion "without delay" she instead, the same day filed a motion to withdraw because she wanted payment. Payments that were ran up due to her contacting the other attorney giving incorrect information and never being at the office or answering phones so that I could contact them to even make a payment. Lost my financial affidavit twice and asked for a third time for the long form even though they already received it twice. No communicatio. Big waste. Ill retain byrom. You get what you pay for.

If you really hate someone really bad and want to get even,I recommend telling them to use this law firm.They lose paperwork,have very poor communication with there clients and can leave you hanging out to dry for weeks.A very poor choice for anyone who wants good representation.
