Fanjoy sought out Kent Bowman to replace Wilkinson. Wilkinson wrote to Fanjoy advising he wasn't confident in his own report and didn't want to be involved. Documents from Fanjoy also indicate Bowman was source out by contacting Andrea Davidson, another Lawyer, at Futerman. Davidson makes the Bowman referral to Fanjoy. Fanjoy is sued for negligence, he has never conducted a Personal Injury trial, by Judge or Judge and Jury. Davidson is on title at 28 Chicora Street with Tom Wright. Tom Wright represents Fanjoy in neglience case. Clearly there is a conflict of Interest. Wright indicates Nicolardi sourced out Bowman. Even Bowman states he was contacted by Fanjoy's office. Documents from Fanjoy's office indicate Davidson and Bowman. Fanjoy wants to go on a vacation, claim a client counsel breakdown and the be rehired upon return from vacation so he can thereafter continue, further stating he wants to continue with Wilkinson. Yet Wilkinson had written to him to the contrary. F

Mr. Fanjoy, I want to thank you so much for everything you done for me when I separated from my common-law partner. I really don’t know what I would have done without your extensive knowledge and expertise in dealing with common-law relationships . It don’t matter how long you live with your partner the law don’t work the same for you as it do if you were married. So I would suggest that if you are looking for lawyer who will honestly fight for you I would highly recommend Mr.Fanjoy in my book he deserves 10 Sincerely Florence

I have worked with Mr. Fanjoy for over 2 years and would highly recommend him and his team. He has excellent communication skills, utilizes good judgement that leads to logical conclusions. I had used a family lawyer at Torkin and it was a brutal experience. Almost bankrupt me and in four years he still didn’t get me a divorce !! Bill represented me between 2011 and 2012, and again in 2017 and 2018 during a difficult and painful divorce. I found his knowledge, experience and demanor from the onset of litigation to be tremendous. Bill was direct and hard nosed when he needed to be, but also worked effectively with the other side when compromises were possible. In the end he worked swiftly to conclude matters once our very reasonable solutions were finaly agreed to. Bill was also conscious of my costs throughout and he made a concerted effort to work efficiently on my behalf. I would highly recommend Bill for any and all family law matters. He was/is a consummate professional.

Absolutely the worst family lawyer out there! Not interested in achieving a fair settlement for both parties and only interested in recurring fee revenue by dragging on a case. Misleads and provides poor advice. Stay clear!

Mislead the courts, he found Bowman, by contacting the wife the the lawyer who represented him in a neglience trial. Contrary to the Statement of Defence. He had materials destroyed and mislead the courts. His solicitor was in conflict in representing him when his wife assist in finding Bowman and a previous Court Order restricted involvement from associates within their firm. The Courts have been mislead by Fanjoy. He fabricated a solicitor client breakdown in order to attend a vacation and source out Bowman. He had never conducted a Judge and Jury trial and had indicated 25% of his work was PERSONEL INJURY. His bill was excessive. The list goes on and on.

Expensive, seems to make a point of ignoring questions when emailed (if he answers the email at all). I get more communication from his assistant, but she's on vacation half the time it seems. Would not recommend him if you want your divorce to go through sometime this century.

Excellent lawyer. He is extremely intelligent, relatable, and good in court. Less intimidating than other lawyers, which is great when you're not used to dealing with lawyers. Great guy.
