I regret not standing up for myself and firing her on the spot. Because of her my children have to go with two people who are violent and abuse them. She gave me false hope that I would win my case, and then when the day came she had prior arrangement's to be else were and advised me to settle. I had been fighting this case for 3 years. Everything I was forced to agree to in mediation I have done with no participation on my children's fathers behalf. He is still behind on child support and refuses to follow the new orders. He and his girlfriend still abuse my children and I thanks to Susan he was awarded 5 of my weekends for make up when I refused to send my children with him after he punched my 8yr old in the face and his live in gf choked my 6yr old. This woman has no children and doesn't relate on a parental level. She never wanted to hear the entire background and was down right rude on numerous occasions. She maybe cheap but so will her efforts be on your case.

Susan Zoll did an amazing job on my case. She always returned my calls, she always kept her attitude positive and focused on the goal.She encouraged us so many times when I thought I couldn't make it.I am very thankful to her and her team. I think her talent as a lawyer is represented by her patience and understanding as well as being extremely professional, focused, hard working and brilliant.
