Took a retainer from me, never filed a court case against the people who scammed me, said he did, I contacted the court they said nothing was ever filed. I contacted FL Bar Association and they contacted him and he said he'd reimburse me. He never did, his office is now closed and he's disappeared with $1500 of my money.

This attorney will not return your calls. I only had this attorney for a short time now and i'm not impressed. His integrity is terrible and know he advised he will be losing his business. He owes money to numerous clients and avoids their calls. He tells you he will meet you at the office but never shows up. Then when you confront him he pretends he does not know who you are! I don't see how this guy got his license. He will play the run around with you and refuses to help anyone. Your better off paying good money for a real attorney.

He will never call you back. My bill to him is paid in full. I have left him 11 messages in 3 months and he wont call me back or set a hearing date. Twice we were waiting for court only to find out the date changed and he forgot to tell us.

I know more than this man. I actually had to find numerous case law for him to cite at trial that never commenced because all he ever did was request continuences. He didn't charge much, but one shouldn't have to pay anything for Nothing. Very Very incompetent, stated he subpoena'd people but never did, (not even sure he knows how) If opposing counsil stated he was wrong...he would say "oh yeah, I guess I am". He even tried to tell us that a judge wouldn't deviate from Child Support guidelines because of our 5 subsequent children. I had to inform him otherwise by pointing out case law, and statutes. If you value your income, assets, and overall well being DON'T TOUCH THIS GUY WITH A 10 FOOT POLE!!...one more thing, 5 minutes prior to the commencement of trial, he asked for a continuance because he was too mentally unstable to represent me. I was 3 years into this, now we have to start from scratch again with someone else.
