Tim Thurman was a savior for me. He took my case instantly over the phone since I live 400 miles north. Money was never discussed. I emailed my mortgage docs, the next day he email legal pleadings, I printed and filed with the court. I had 3 days to stop the unlawful detainer from a wrongful foreclosure. Mr. Thurman was there for me and I will always be grateful to him. His office manager, Sean, returned from vacation and called me to discuss payment. Sean and I agreed to pay $500 a month. I sent the pink slip to my car,an $800 check,plus authorized him to charge $500 to my debit in 5 days and $500 on the 5th of each month. A few days later I called and confirmed the payment agreement with his accountant. They never cashed the $800 check. They never charged $500 to my debit card. They never charged the monthly $500 to my debit card. They never took my vehicle. Timothy Thurman is a decent man. He prevented my 5 children from being homeless. Tim, you are in my prayers. Thank you.

I paid a large retainer to hire him because he said I had a very strong for a loan related litigation. He had my case in his possession for over six months, but didn't do a thing for it. Not only that he never returned my phone calls, and the receptionist at the law firm always lied about how he's at court, he's away and so forth. I finally got my money back (trust me, it took a lot of effort to get this done) in three checks. The first check cleared but I just found out that the second check bounced and I'm sure the third one will bounce as well. I need to call him and deal with him again. This guy is a crook. Don't ever hire him.

Consulted him about getting my mortgage lowered, made all kinds of false promises to get $1700 from me, did ZERO work of any kind and refused to return my phone calls, got phony excuses from his receptionist, demanded to get my $1700 back from him and so far zero, had to file a complaint against him at the State Bar, they take forever, complete lack of what they parade as "enforcing" lawyers, but at least the complaint got filed. Don't give any of these "foreclosure experts" a cent!!!
