Avoid Mike Ward at all costs. I spent a great deal of money for his legal representation. He gave me wrong court dates (he never showed but I did), missed appointments, and even inappropriate messages from him or his jealous wife. He should not be allowed to practice!!!!

I am no longer sure Mr. Ward is able to practice law. It seems Mr. Ward had an alcohol problem, which I can only hope explains his performance in my case. Mr. Ward told opposing council he had stopped representing me without ever notifying the court, or me. Mr. Ward also signed documents indicating I had agreed to things I had not agreed to. I was in a bad position financially, or otherwise I would have pursued a bar complaint against Mr. Ward (and gotten another attorney). As it was, Mr. Ward cost me dearly; and as a result of his inability to represent me but uncanny ability to dot every "i" and cross every "t" where it concerned his interests--I was told that I had no legal recourse without additional money ( expense couldn't be justified). The case in question was an unnecessarily acrimonious divorce wherein I was attempting to get enough to be on my feet financially--a place I still struggle to get subsequent to the aftermath of his "representation". Avoid this man at all costs.
