Not a good experience. Money out the window. Everything was left up to me to handle even with a $3k retainer. I was charged for calls and emails to the paralegal that accomplished nothing. I was billed monthly with not contact or explanation that anything had been accomplished. I will handle it own my own as I did while under Attorney Penna's "counsel".

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH MICHELLE PENNA'S LAW FIRM. My husband and I hired Michelle Penna of Michelle Penna's Law firm to represent my son in an Emergency Custody Hearing against his ex-girlfriend. We paid Michelle Penna a retainer of $3500. Michelle Penna's Law office managed to spend the entire retainer plus more. We never even got as far as a day in court. Where did all the retainer money go? Michelle Penna's Law firm managed to spend the entire $3500 and is requesting an additional $141.25 for doing nothing to help my son. Especially after my son's ex-girlfriend filed a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) against my son. A bogus restraining order that was shortly dropped by the ex-girlfriend after we fired Michelle Penna's Law Firm and hired a new attorney to represent and fight for my son.
The ex-girlfriend was withholding their daughter from my son and our family. Which forced us to hire an attorney. We hired Michelle Penna of Michelle Penna's Law firm to file

I have known Michelle for over 15 years. Not only is she a GREAT lawyer, she is a wonderful person. Michelle is knowledgeable, caring, dependable, and a real problem solver. You could not ask for a better person to help you through a difficult time.

After a 15 year marriage I did not have an attorney worst mistake of my life. Michelle was able to fix my child support ruling. I also saw her handle another messy and complicated divorce, there is truly NO ONE better than Michelle. She is worth EVERY dollar. She is well respected at the court.house....love her!

if you want a lawyer that does not care about ethics, honesty, best interest of the child....you can't go wrong with Penna. And if you giver her special favors she works for free!

She basically took my money in my darkest hour used it up and then fired me because I asked her a question. Her Paralegal is her daughter, beware of them both! Find a better lawyer.
