This judge Olay has no business deciding family. Alters. She is totally incompetent,she in know way follows the law,she makes it up as she goes along!she in fact overturned a reputable judge magdaS ruling,and a. Appeal in superior court of Canada ruling against my ex husband?she obviously thinks she knows more the these judges!she sat on our family court case in Oshawa and I called it from the beginning her favouritism to my ex!as he lied self represented,and yet again hid all his assets under his common law,business partners skirt!she saw fit to cut my spousal support in half with an end date and my my son who struggles with mental illness,his chi.d support in half also!my ex and his business partner withdrew 1 million in cash from the design company for 2015,jut judge Olay felt his t4 which showed 125 thousand was sufficient even tho the provided their financials! This incompetent fool,incorrectly sited numerous errors in her ruling,made no sense,totally disregarded all facts present

Sadly, she is now a judge in Barrie. She seems to play favourites, but she is completely inconsistent. One time she chewed out my ex for not having a lawyer, another time she bent over backwards to assist him self-represent, blaming me for having legal aid. He has convictions for assaulting (with a weapon) me and two of our kids, but she has never referred to his violence, not even when discussing custody and access. Instead, she has called my attempt to prevent his access "criminal". She gave him dire warnings about being in child support arrears the next time we came before her, but the next time her only comment about his (even higher) arrears was "litigation is expensive". He cancelled his life insurance; I asked that he be ordered to maintain an adequate life insurance policy; my request was ignored.

This lawyer from North Bay, was my lawyer for my divorce, she did nothing but be bought off by my x-husband and after a 20 year relationship and 3 children and my financial support I ended up in court 5 years and with just CPP from him a mechanical engineer never had 1/2 my house screwed with child's amount for alimony and same as my kids child support and tricked in 5700.00 to 5200.00 per year on child support that came in 2000 in my account every month but at the end of 81/2 years I was indebt with Rev. Canada 30,000.00 just for child support got layed off from my contract job, ended up furniture in storage since april of 99, came out still don't have a place to stay july of 2009, bankrupt, contract work, can't get a place if you have a bankruptcy for 7 years, rebought my car, everything is lost, its in the garage now, full of dust, i know i have lost everything after 13,000. of storage fees.
