I Was On The Losing End Of A Custody Battle For My Daughter And Didnt Know What To Do.. The Law Offices Of Benjamin Greene Were There For Me When I Felt Like No One Else Was. When I Walked In The Office I Felt At Home And In Good Hands.

Fair weather attorney firm. When it rained on me they took the umbrella back. I spoke with the office manager before hiring and he said if there was ever a time when I needed an extension on the payment to call. I called to ask if I could pay on the 31st as I missed 5 days of work with no pay. Two days my son had chicken pox and 3 days were spent at the Loma Linda NICU with my sister and her premature baby who flatlined a few times and is still there. I was ordered by the judge in my case to pay minor's counsel $300 in time for the hearing on June 10, 2011 but it left little else. I failed to call the day the payment was due because I was injured at work and went to the Emergency Room. I have documentation of all of this. Told them but it did not matter. I called ONE day after the payment was due and apparently it was too late because I was told by the accounting department if I did not have a payment,in by 6pm they would file to remove themselves from my case.
