Hired him a year ago and two months ago finally filed an appearance and for discovery, you can also leave roughly 10 to 20 messages before he gets in touch with you when your lucky. At the beginning had a bad problem with him telling me he was filing for this and that and I called the clerk of courts to find out that nothing was filed on my case and thew wern't even showing that I had a lawyer. Im out of state and I feel that he took advantage of the situation. So far my overall evaluation of him isn't too good. I honestly think if I was in the state I would have better luck with a public defender. At least there you somewhat know what to expect. I feel like I threw money away...
