This Attorney's wife works for Miami Dade County Public Schools in the ESE department of the administration office. He will not take my case to trial. In my opinion big phoney and a crook. Now I'm not surprised but back then I was. Waxman, an attorney and his wife, a school board employee are runnuing a scam in my opnion being an employee in Miami. My son had a head injury ( very Large knot on his head when I arrived to school to pick him up one day. Just like the previous review Waxman gives you a very small settlement. I know his wife works for DCPS because my son has special needs. The settlement was very small. When I asked him to go to trial he said no. When I finally got the itsy, bitsy, settlement I went to Mellon/Sabadell Bank to cash the check since Waxman had an account with them. After giving them two forms of ID, the teller whose name I beleived to be Heather asked me for my son's birth certificate as if she needed a third form of ID because she was being stereotypical
