ive been with william mcbride close to close to a year and so far everytime i try to get in touch with his office only thing i get is an answering machine ,i leave a message and my phone # and never get a call back,has spoken to other people concerning my case with him and all i get is a bad reputation answer about his buffete. under why?

This lawyer just have interest in the money not in your rights. He doesn't know anything about personal injury he hire another lawyers to do the job.
