Ms. Ghio was the attorney we hired and her partner (now husband) handle the case with no knowledge of how to defend this particular case. It went from being a state case and because defendant won't agree to threats, coersion from the prosecution, the case was drop and handed over to the Feds. If Mr. Muntz had been forthcoming we might had had a better chance at the plea bargain stage.
