Mr. Fulk filed a continuance for a hearing he had not even told me about. He then didn't tell me about the continuance or the hearing date. the hearing came and went and neither I, OR HE, showed up so I was found in contempt and a judgement was entered against me. His office moved without telling me, his voicemail is full, I texted with no response until he finally replied and took NO responsibilty and made no apologies. So, I am on the hook for $2400+! Shouldn't HE be held in contempt for not showing up?? Then I tell the courts and opposing counsel that I cant reach him, and their response-- THEY can't either. But they had the hearing anyway. Where is the fairness in any of this? Oh, I could hire yet another attorney I suppose. He also took $1000 for a copy of the deposition of the other party that I have never received. Do NOT hire Steven Fulk, if you can even find him.

I am filing a complaint against Fulk for misrepresenting me on my provisional agreement. Everything he said would not happen, has happened and the rental business my estranged wife and I own, Fulk screwed me out of ALL the incoming monies. I believe he was working more to protect my wife than my best interest. He screwed me bad!!

I would highly recommend Steven as a great divorce lawyer. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. He will direct you in such a way that your efforts and emotional energy will not be wasted. He gets to the heart of the matter and does so in a pleasing and thoughtful manor. Divorce is a highly stressful thing to go through, he makes it easier.

i have a 16 yr old daughter i havnt seen in over year we took her mom to court and won our court case. we paid our attorney over 2200.$. we won court and attorneys fees. now that my ex paid our attorney fees and court cost. she paid our attorney . but guess what he is taking our money and called us that we were even aand stilled owed more money now ive got 5000$ in this case and a attorney taking my 2200$ dollers and still not even seen my daughter its been anather year this guy is a lyer and a bad attorney do not use him my god could have a full custody for 5000$ and had my daughter at home were she needs to be shes failing in school. i do ck her online grades 3fs 1d do not use this guy hell take ure money . hes a thief ... he said he would would refund our money and kept my attorneys fees .theif theif. and never reterned my paperwork from courts.. made several phone to get my paperwork still havnt recieved it yet tryed to call him letting him no i need my paperwork so i can go to ct
