Hulen Ford and his assistants are very rude and have an attitude problem. His assistants dont have any knowledge of anything and they lie alot too. If you make them mad they will hold your check for an additional month before releasing it to you.

Refuses to answer phone calls, does not settle cases in timely manner. Gruff on phone when you do talk to him and staff is miserable.

contacted this lawyer on recommendation of former client, please dont contact them, you will feel like you are guilty, they treat you like you are a burden to them. Bert Drew , case manager is unprofessional and will screw you in the ground.They talk to you like you are trash, and then expect you to take any amount they say, they don not care about their clients.

My husband was involved in a serious car accident a year and a half ago. This attorney received a settlement check from insurance company nine months after accident. Eight months later, we still have not received our settlement. Numerous telephone calls made with no satisfactory reason as to why this hasn't settled. He keeps getting the run around and blame shifting. Check will soon expire, and because of all of the above this is why the poor rating.
