I have tried to get in touch with marguerite numerous times thru ph & email. She claimed to know the best way to handle my case. After 6mos and no movement other than recommendations for another lawyer from her staff I'm beginning to think she's "another" consultation fee collector and that's all! Don't waste your time and money. Someone else said she's a shyster - how appropriate!

My experience with Marguerite was exactly the same as what the previous person stated. This was the most frustrating experience ever. Created so much hostility and resentment. STAY AWAY! Would recommend E. Stock.

I found Marguerite to be a complete shyster. She did not return calls, and was unable to give me any evidence that she had even looked amy file when she finally made phone contact with me many weeks after I had retained her on the condition she would got through my file within the next two weeks. Two months later she phones me to review my file, but was unable to answer any questions applicable to the file I left with her because she said my file was not on her desk. My experceience with Marguerite left me with absolutely no legal input. She is a quack and I can't suggest strong enough that I beleive her to be extremely dishonest and inept. My advice is STAY AWAY!!!
