I met attorney Roberson before and I know people that know her. She is a great lawyer as well as a great person and well respected in the community. If I needed a lawyer, she would be the one I go to.

This lawyer did a case for me before. She's very friendly and professional and gives gives you the facts. She made sure I knew what was going on with my case. And then when my case was settled she even took a lesser amount as her fee so that I could have more money. I think she's a great lawyer and would retain her services again if I needed one.

*She's rude! She raises her voice! She acts irritated with the client.
*She does not call her clients and give them information on the progress of the case nor does she write letters.
*She tries to settle close to prescription and fails to tell client the amount she is asking for. The number was too low she asked for me. My bills were 14,000 the settlement she asked for was $20,000.
*She tells stories regarding previous conversations and tries to convince you that you are the one lying.
*She works by herself and has no secretary. There is never anyone available to talk to.
*She is had her number disconnected at the office and failed to tell me her new number.
