Robert Flax recently helped me with Bankruptcy. My legal plan sent me to him. He was nice but not the easisiet to get a hold of but his paralegal was very helpful and sweet and though I didn't get to talk to him alot I had an overall good experience in court so he seemed to know what he was taling about. I would recommend him based on knowledge.Just pray his wife doesn't answer, she is not very friendly and she was kind of dry and mean when she gave me paperwork too so as long as you don't have to deal with her all is fine.

Attorney Flax represented me in my traffic case and I was very pleased. He prepared me for what would happen. He was quiet but effective. The fee was very reasonable and I was happy with the outcome. Two thumbs up as a Traffic Lawyer.

Have worked with countless lawyers in real estate transactions in IL, NJ and VA.These transactions have been from closings, foreclosures to personal bankruptcies. I have found Mr. Flax, Esq., and his staff to be above board and transparent in my dealings with him. Communication, task and activities are always followed up on and expectations are exceeded. Very happy with his law expertise and supporting staff they really care about the client.

Not helpful at all. I wish I had looked around more. I don't recommend him. Does not follow up at all. Find someone else is my suggestion.

If you hire this guy, you are asking for trouble. No effort. Very rude. Apathetic to the extreme.

He wouldn't even offer a 1/2 hr consultation (as described in my benifits). He relied on his secrataries to relay the information, then immediatly came back with a quote of $750 for a simple representation case. I've worked with other lawyers for under $300 on similar matters. What a crook!
