Ms. Eller was there for me when I went through what I thought was the worst time in my life. She was at all times PROFESSIONAL. She was always HONEST, and even when I would just be falling apart and in tears, she was COMPASSIONATE. Ms. Eller kept me informed at all times. Ms. Eller is there for her clients. When I had an appointment, she was there and on time. When we had to be in court, she was there and on time. I remember in court when other people were looking for their lawyers, I never had to do that.There was never a doubt in my mind that she was not going to fight for what was best for me. If I was to ever need another attorney, I would go back to Ms. Eller.

Sanya Eller did not work to the best of her ability on my case. She pretended to care about my case and then when I went to the hearing I was so disgusted. I should have saved my money for a better attorney. I had a child custody case and even though I was awarded primary custody I still ended up taking my children twice a month to see their dad which was totally unfair. She did not speak up for me or relay my messages as she should have.

A good attorney. She was brutally honest, fielded questions and returned phone calls.

Attorney Eller did not prepare for my case. She did not have questions ready for the trial. She did not prep me or my witnesses before the trial. She told me halfway thru the trial that she believed I was just as wrong as the other party. How can you defend someone properly if you dont believe what they say? I would not refer anyone to her. My witnesses said they would not refer anyone to her because of the way she handled my case.

Attorney Eller did not prep before the court hearing. She did not listen or act in the best interest of the client. She had no respect or consideration for client's time. She did not keep scheduled appointment (prior to court case). She was in the same league as the defendent's experienced attorney. She truly showed a lack of professionalism. I witnessed this behavior in the presence of other attorneys. It would be in the client's best interest to retain another attorney.
