I’m a 60 year old hard-working woman who, because I lost my job, found myself having to file for bankruptcy. I was ashamed, nervous, agitated and confused when I walked into Jim Olsen’s office.
Within minutes it became obvious I was in good hands. Jim explained the process to me “in English”, was funny, told me this was nothing to be ashamed of, outlined how I can rebuild my credit within two years of filing. He was warm, kind, intelligent and thorough.
By the time I left, I truly felt as if I have a new lease on life, I have nothing to be ashamed about and that my financial future will not be ruined for years, as I had feared.
