She is very clueless on what is going on and does not seem to care. She has no idea what she is doing.Very unprofessional & not very nice has a snotty attitude everytime I talk to her.

Poor understanding of accounting and the law. Very bad work ethics neglected to show up to a Court hearing and losing by default a case that should have been easy to win and does not try to remedy the issue.
