He is the worst lawyer I have ever had the displeasure to work with. He was totally unprepared in court. I would never recommend him to anyone. If someone needs a lawyer lease don’t choose him.

I was in a domestically abusive situation. He never returned phone calls. Was harried and irritable. When I questioned him about anything he would rabidly scream at me. Absolutely no respect for women. He may be aggressive in court, I wouldn’t know as I fired him. He is really an unprofessional horrible person. I don’t know why these creeps practise in a highly emotional family situations. They are just out for the money. Nothing else.

My friend hired this lawyer for a divorce. He is the worst domestic lawyer I have ever seen. I finally told her to fire him after he showed up for trial totally unprepared and failed to get the most critical witness subpoenaed. The psychological damage he caused can never be made right. Stay away.

I hired Witmeyer to represent me in a child support/custody case in 2015, but he clearly acted only in his best interests. This monster should be locked up in solitary confinement for the rest of his life so that he has no access to his prey. He is a sick creature with a Jekyll & Hyde personality. Starting with the first conversation I had with him after I signed a flat-fee contract with him, his sole purpose was to treat me so inhumanely that I would give in to any demand of my ex-wife's lawyer so that I could get Carl out of my life. He is a condescending, arrogant bully and is incapable of telling the truth. He is the worst creature I have ever brought into my life. He even charged me for the time he took to explain an invoice to me and then harassed me with threats of a lawsuit if I did not pay him for that time. I asked a judge about Carl after I was done with him. I came away thinking that the judge must have thought Carl's first name is Dick because the judge kept saying "Dick."

Mr Witmeyer handled a domestic situation for me. I had the charges dismissed. Mr Witmeyer wasn't very pleasant to speak with but overall he got the results that I needed.

Extremely disorganized. Poor written and oral communication. Does not follow through on anything. This man has been riding on his reputation. Maybe he was good at one time, but he totally messed up my divorce and property settlement. He is arrogant and does not listen. He shows up at court, I'll prepared and does not do what's in the best interests of his clients. Stay far away.

Very sloppy and disorganized. Does not follow through. Does not know how to communicate. Unprofessional. He did such a sloppy job with my divorce. I spent over $15,000 and I finally had to ghire another attorney. Stay away from this one.

When my ex-husbands lawyer found out I had hired Carl Witmeyer. My ex's lawyer dropped the case. My ex called and said he would do whatever I wanted. I didn't loose support or custody of my kids. If you have a problem call Carl...he will take care of it.

Attorney Witmeyer has represented me, my children and every friend I have had who needed his services. In every single case he has performed excellent service and obtained the very best results. I have never known a more capable and quailified attorney. HE IS THE VERY, VERY BEST there is!

Ill prepared. Condensending.Disorganized. Egotistical and incredibly rude and unprofessional.Billing practices do not follow Va guidelines. My divorce was complincated from the beginning, but became even moreso due to Mr. Witmeyers errors and failure to represent his client accurately.

Will take your money ,But won't have time for your case. He handled my divorce did not make meeting ,did not review material. Case went on for four years and $9500.00 before I fired him. I never even got to court!! If your case is not high profile he will do the same to you. Then he tryed to settle weeks before the upcoming court date.
