HIS HELP IN EVICTING A VIOLENT MAN FROM MY PROPERTY COST ME OVER $15,000 AND NEVER SAW A COURT ROOM. HE DENIED ME INFORMATION IN THIS MATTER STATING IT WAS "A NEED TO KNOW MATTER" AND WITHDREW MONEY FOR ATTORNEY FEES FROM A CREDIT CARD THAT WAS NOT AUTHORIZED. HE STATED IT WAS A MISTAKE FROM HIS ASSISTANT BUT WOULD NOT RETURN THE MONEY. I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BAR ASSO. ON SEVERAL COUNTS.
