During the initial visit, she makes you believe that she will fight hard for you. But as soon as you leave her office, you won't hear from her again. She takes people's money then never communicates with them again. All communication is initiated by the client, and most calls, visits, and texts go unanswered. Then if you ask for a refund, it takes months to get it and only after a complaint has been filed with the bar. If you are in a dangerous situation with your divorce and you need to get out of it quickly, do NOT depend on her. Someone will end up hurt or dead or will lose everything one day because of her incompetence.

She does not hold to her first talk..she works for the opposing side and all information given to her to defend you gets thrown in a corner. She will sell you out to the opposing side and never defend her clients, do not use her for a custody case because she will cost you more then money.

I hired Kristi after going to another female lawyer in Elizabethton. Within 30 days, she had my custody case settled. She was worked very hard for me.

she was not going with what she and a judge gad said ,,working with the other atty weay to much ,,said its cut and dry ,all you want is your property,,almost two years ,had to get a new atty,,new fees. had used up my allowed monies,,one word answers emails.then ,I believe her dad did legal work for the other side,,she finally withdrew.

Lots of talk and sympathy, but when choices had to be made, she agreed with the opposing side too much. I felt like she was my husband's attorney's assistant and yes man. My issues are still unresolved.
