He did not give effective council. He did not work for his client,he worked forThE. D.A. He was very deceptive.The very limited amount of time,to perpare before trail, he said he would say one thing then when in front of the court he said something else.Nota good lawyer at all

Was my court appointed lawyer. He was in total awe of the DA and Judge. Read my personal letter to him in open court without my permission in a extremely negative manner, shaking his head while he was reading it. The court transcripts never reflect negative body language and whining voice tones. I must admit that he he wanted to file motions in the beginning but was quickly warned by the DA that a plea bargain will not be offered if he filed a motion. After this he became a puppet for the DA.
