Once he has your money, in 3 non-refundable installments, he does NOTHING further to bring your case to completion. He is representing his political gain and has no right taking on cases he has no intention of representing. His secretary doesn't even answer the telephone. They take weeks off at a time, and took most of December off as well. My case should have been completed in November'08, but he failed to provide financial information to the opposition attorney, 3 TIMES, although I provided data on each of her requests, very timely, and even marked where on her requests each of the responses should be attached. I hired him in AUG'08 and by JAN'09, due to his inability & unwillingness to move the divorce along, I needed to relieve him of his duties. He kept his entire deposit money, laughing all the way to the bank at my expense. He is not only an incompetent lawyer, he is a horrible person. This is a Juvenile Judge, besides, and in a position to judge others!! Simply appalling
