Hired this lawyer in a civil matter. Billing machine for poor work. Constant errors, filed a bar complaint and won. Look up his record at the VA State bar website .. BEWARE!

My experience with this Lawyer is as follows:(and I have all documentation to prove my rating is exactly how I was treated). From Jan. 17,2008 until Aug, 2009 when I fired him, he was a tenatious billing machine. My countless dozens of writen requests for him to file show cause's in court due to my former spouse hiding my two baby sons from me, fell upon deaf ears. However, the invoices for the written requests I perpetualy made of this WELL PAID LAWYER, were totaly stunning! "Read Clients Email 0.3hrs". The invoices showed conversations between myself and lawyer's I had never spoken with, and the hours racked up with out mercy. This lawyer allowed my home to be sold, my home of 12 years, I paid $124,500 sold for $315,000 and dispursment money was held illegally, until I was shown a check to me for $21 dollars, of which I didn't recieve. THAT'S RIGHT FOLKS, $21 BUCKS FOR 12 YEARS OF MY WORK. $25,000 RETAINER FEE, MISSED FILING DEADLINES. CHECK NORFOLK CIRCUIT COURT CIVIL DIVISION.
