I hired this attorney back in 2008 for my divorce and she was absolutely what I needed! She was smart and fierce, and yes, she was extremely blunt and made me cry, but she made me stronger for my trial! I just told my friend about her, and I am very sad she is not in practice anymore. I can agree that her personality is not for the weak, but this woman truly made me open my eyes and pull myself up by my bootstraps so to say! I hope that wherever she has landed, she continues to empower people that are suffering from abusive situations, and that she continues to stand for what is right and just.

This person took my retainer fee of 1000.00 for my divorce. She didn't answer paperwork or appear on my behalf for court dates. My ex husband had to ask me why I was dragging my feet on this divorce but I was unaware of what Tracey Yeager was doing or not doing. We had 2 scheduled conference calls which she missed and when she didn't return my calls I showed up at her office in Greenwood only to realize she was no longer at that office. She never provided me with a forwarding address but I was told by the office next door that they think she moved her practice to Nashville, Indiana. I have tried calling and texting her to please give me back my fees but she continues to ignore my request. I normally don't write reviews on social media, but going thru a divorce is mentally and financially exhausting and I don't think anyone else should experience the frustration I have had with this person.

Utterly Worthless, Now working as a prosecutor in Brown County, IN making a living off our tax dollars. If you want to get away with a crime do it in Brown County. Cannot express the incompetence here. So corrupt and says one thing then does another. She will not use e-mail to be accountable for her actions.....Just Absolutely Worthless......Believes her time is worth money and yours is worthless. Will not allow another in her office during conversations, No witnesses to what she says therefore NO Accountability. Handles private cases while working for the county. So she gets paid by the county to work on private cases and then gets paid by the private citizen...Unethical....No Morals....Worthless

She is no longer in practice for a reason.Rude and says one thing and does another and denies what she said.Her assistant told me she can't keep any employees because she is so mean to them.

Tracey was exactly the lawyer I needed for my divorce. She knew her stuff, she knew the judges, she worked fast and she pulled no punches with me. She pushed me and reminded me to follow up on things I needed to do. She advised me on dealing with lack of compliance with visitation by my ex. She's efficient and fast and didn't waste my time or money. I'm very thankful I chose her to represent me. I had the impression she's the very best at what she does. Her charges were what I was expecting and I got a lot of value for my money. I could have spent a lot more.

I work with Larry. I had Tracey Yeager as my attorney for my divorce and when my ex-husband took me back to court for visitation. Tracey is very direct with her advice and tells it like it is even when I did not like to hear it but I never thought she was rude just more like a friend who told you what you needed to hear not what you maybe wanted to hear. On my divorce Tracy did all of the papers and I did not have to go to court. She explained everything. She sent me a bill with her charges and it was all right. I had shopped around and she wasn't any more epxensive that any of the others I talked to. During my contempt she sat with me the whole time and did not just ignore me like other attorneys were doing with their clients in the court room. I would definitely use her again but I just hope I don't have to!

I've read the other reviews here and believe my ratings are very fair. She seemed smart to me and I was comfortable with her. She seemed to know her way around the issues, and was a pitbull. But a couple things another reviewer said were exactly the same with my case. She charged an unbelievable amount. She wanted to do depositions, long hours in the court with a trial that took multiple meetings. Never once discussed how we might make an offer to settle issues, or to ask for an offer. She only wanted to drag it out, and that is so obvious now. She charged time to drive to court, but wouldn't be available during that time I was paying her. Even talking to other clients while on my clock. Tenacity good, Value AWFUL. I could have defended myself, and pretty much did considering I was the one who produced all the exhibits and case prep.

Not certain if i can possibly put my feelings in the proper words. Rude, speaks to you as if you are stupid,says one thing and does another,discusses other clients, definetly is not professional i could go on and on. My advice is if you need a attorney it is NOT Ms.Yeager better off defending yourself. Good Luck!

SHE IS HORRIBLE...do not WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY GOING TO HER. TALKS DOWN TO YOU AND WAS TALKING ABOUT ANOTHER CLIENTS CASE THE NIGHT BEFORE I WAS GOING IN FOR A CUSTODY BATTLE INSTEAD OF PREPARING ME FOR WHAT SHE SHOULD HAVE. CHARGES OUTRAGEOUS FEES AND WILL MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE SHE IS THE ONLY ATTORNEY THAT WOULD EVEN ATTEMPT TO HELP YOU. LIKES TO USE THE SCARE TACTIC AND IF BY CHANCE SHE OVER CHARGES AND SAYS SHE WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY YOU WILL BE WAITING A VERY LONG TIME TO GET IT! SHE IS A JOKE TO SAY THE LEAST AND WHEN WE WENT TO COURT THE FOLLOWING DAY MY EX BOYFRIEND'S ATTORNEY TOLD US BOTH SHE LIKES TO RUIN FAMILIES. MAKES MORE SENSE NOW WHY SHE WANTED ME TO BATTLE IT OUT W HIM IN COURT INSTEAD OF REACHING A MUTUAL AGREEMENT. THE JUDGE TOLD US SHE WAS PROUD OF US BOTH FOR BEING THE ADULTS AND WORKING IT OUT INSTEAD OF MAKING THE PROCESS A PAINFUL ONE, WHICH IS WHAT YEAGER WANTED.
