Sept. 2008, I went in to file for bankruptcy, did every thing required of me, paid the fees. I was told that the papers would be filed with the court. Mrs. Sharman went out on maturnity leave in December so I thought everything was taken care of. I beleive that it was in Janurary when Mr. Pagano called and asked me to come in to the office, at that time he changed the figures that Ms Sharman and I Had discussed to a much larger figure. I told him that I would call him back later. I went home and made a few calls to make sure that I would be able to pay that amount we discussed. I called him back but he was not available so I left a message with the secretary to please tell Mr Pagano that I would be able to pay that figure, no one called me back or sent any kind of communication to me about coming in to sign papers or to say that there was any kind of a problem. I assumed that everything was fine. I have taken papers and sent email to Sharman, never got a response.
