Worst experience I ever had with an attorney. Lenny K responds by saying, "I'm busy". He never returns phone calls and when he does, he's rushing and everything is always fine. But.... It wasn't. Lenny K. took my money and did nothing for me. I would not recommend him to anyone. He talks a good game but doesn't know now to strategize when defending his clients. I wouldn't even hire him to handle a simple parking ticket. He Isn't on time for court nor does he do his job. Shame on you Lenny K. If you don't know what you're doing, admit it and refer people to someone who can actually help them. Lenny K spends more time traveling than he does handling his cases. Beware, you may see him to pay him but you may not hear from him again.... And if and when you do, he still won't know what's to do or what's going. I have used Mr. Kagan for tickets a couple years ago. He was very good and I never had to do a thing except pay the reduced ticket. I had him take care of a ticket for my girlfriend, he did get the ticket reduced to a non-moving violation. The only problem is that the court said he failed to appear to the first hearing, so they issued a warrant, and suspended her license. He kept saying everything was fine, and all she had to do is take the copy of the compliance papers to the DMV. For my girlfriend who is a teacher, and a productive member of society, it was not fine to have a suspended license, or a warrant. He did not apologize, he did not contact her to let her know what was going, and after I texted him he did not take responsibility or did not call me to offer any resolution. I don't know what has happened in the last few years but certainly not the service I expected from Lenny.

Has no idea what he is doing, doesn't keeps clients informed about their case or even court dates. I wouldn't let him handle a jaywalking case, let alone a felony case. Take your money and hire a real lawyer for about 1/2 what this asshat charges.

This lawyer his stuff and is well respected. My case was dismissed!! You can tell when Mr. Kagan walks into the courtroom that judges and prosecutors know him and respect him. Highly recommend Lenny Kagan.

I would look elsewhere for a lawyer. He is difficult to get in touch with, arrogant, sarcastic, and acts as if he is doing you a big favor to even communicate with you about your case. BAD!!!

Run as fast as you can and give a lawyer your money. Nice guy, but that's not all it takes when your life is at stake. Wish I would have checked his credentials first and ask alot more questions and proof of cases he had worked first and won.

Lenny Kagan is they type of person that will keep you posted on all matters concerning your case. He will advocate for you to the best of his ability and is easy to contact. He is the best Lawyer I have ever worked with and treats you with respect. This Lawyer has a work ethic second to none in his field. You will be well take care of and informed during your case! I highly recommend Mr. Kagan he won my case at all levels!

Don't waste your money. Talks out of both sides of his mouth. Was uncomfortable at trial. Didn't know the law. Check this guys credentials before you pay him any money. Find an attorney that has a real education in the law. It's your money and your life.
