My family hired Ms.Lane in a very serious case my brother is facing. The first consultation we stayed in her office for 2hrs where she mostly talked of herself. The times that she wasn't she was very rude and disrespectful. We hired her anyway desperate to get legal help.my mother paid her that day.From that point on she did little to nothing, we called several times to no avail,a couple of weeks later we got a letter in the mail saying she was sick and to just be patient.well this rolled on for a couple of more weeks and when I spoke to her she let me know we had better not upset her or it would impact my brothers outcome. This is when we decided to fire her.and request most of our money back, my mother told her she would be at her office monday morning for her refund. Ms lane never showed. Only when we threatened to report her to the bar did she have someone call us to say they had a package for us. My mother went to the office where there was small partial refund. In over a month sh

Poorly represents clients. She is more concerned about money owed to her. really not interested in helping clients. This is one attorney who's all about money;although, her fees are reasonable. You really get what you pay for with this attorney, which isn't much. She doesn't liked to be questioned about on case progress, especially if you're not the client. Overall, poor service. Do nothing attorney.

Wow...before i paid her she answered the phone and asked me did i want someone who would be there for client and i said yes..the day i paid her she was in court all day and i got voicemail no return call. The next day she was out sick then had the secretary tell me she would appreciate if i would stop messing up her caller id. Now personal attention means u can call and find out whats going on i thought u paid for that right. So i was informed to wait till monday its friday. Now my wife is sitting in jail waiting for her to do something...hmmm she has till monday....wont be dragging this out...waiting on nothing.

This attorney was rude to every member of my family. I thought i was just sensitive to the case because of my loved one. But anyone that could be rude to my sister must have a problem because she is one of the most christian, humble and respectful people i know of on the face of this earth.I was told year's ago that she was waiting on P/W from court. I called the court and found out this P/W could be faxed from day 1 if it had been requested to be faxed also that it was public knowledge and anyone could pick it up. I do not understand why someone would go into this profession if they treat client's in this matter.

Ms. Lane does not communicate well at all with her client or client's family. She wants you to give her what she asks for in a timely fashion, but she does not do anything she has agreed to do in no fashion. She gets very angry when you question her or want to know the status of your case. She makes you feel as if she is punishing you for wanting to know the progress she has made (which is no progress). She is not personable, but she wants to be paid up front before she can start anything (which she was paid in full). No good or half good results from her whatsoever. My family and I are extremely disappointed in her and her lack of work with our case. Please do a thorough background check when you are seeking legal representation.

Mrs. Lane left my son in the crazy house for 10 years without checking on him. She gets very angry if you ask questions aout your case. We cannot fire her because she was appointed to the case. She would not let me talk to the Judge.She is very nasty and difficult to get along with. She never lets us know what's going on with a case.
