I hired this Lawyer David back in December. He emailed me paperwork to sign, and I had to ask if he got my reply. It is almost April, he hasn't emailed, sent an update, called, nothing. I'm not a big big case, so I guess I don't matter.

Worked a case for me some time ago. Was very fast and got me more money then I expected. I am working with him again right now years later. yes...he does not get into long chats but is extremely direct, thorough, and I found...very responsive. Always picks up phone right away if available...I mean immediately. I appreciate his brevity, directness, and honesty.....that comes through. .If you want an honest direct, hard-working lawyer, and truly responsive guy that sure won for me....His tenacity was effective and the only reason I went 4 instead of 5 is I don't know what to use as a basis of comparison. anyway...I obviously recommend him...tb

Avoid this attorney like the plague. He cheated me out of $30,000.00 and then lied to me about it in a very degrading way. He really did not care about me or communicate with me regarding my case. He did not produce for me and I have a proven disability case. NOT RECOMMENDED!

He doesn't get back to me.He askes the same ?s after I answered them . Can't remember info on my case.Won't explain anything to me.Makes me feel degraded.Martay comes off as being above me.He continously insults me.Won't answer my ?'s that I have.God, forbid you challege him by wanting an explaination for something, Martay gets pissed!

Mr. Martay has ver poor communication skills. Did he settle my case, yes. Do I regret hiring him, yes. He on several occasions left me with unanswered questions. I even went so far as to ask him if he had a problem with me or my case - that is how poorly I felt I was treated. He knows the law, he will settle your case. Just don't expect him to explain things or communicate to you.

He settled my case pretty quickly. We were about to go to trial, but he got it done at Court. I was happy with him and his staff. I will recommend him to people in the future.

he was in no hurry to do anything to help me get compensated for my injury. he told me many untruths and tried to pawn them off on me as if i misunderstood him.

gets job done...better than lots of false and ignored promises by all too many lawyers. They do not want ot help unless you are almost dead.

He was very quick to respond to all my calls and e-mails. He got me a trial date and settlement more quickly than I thought would happen. I was very pleased with him and his office staff.

Mr. Martay does not communicate well. Yes he will call back, but his answers are so plain no information about my case that would excite me or any...ect I working on it these things take time or I'm in no hurry.
