Jaime Graham took $10,000 and my son's father lawyer wrote our court order. There was a long history of domestic violence, death threats and child abuse. Jamie did nothing. She blamed me for being too emotional when talking about the experiences. She would schedule out of town cases on the days I had court. Little by little the protective order was taken off, supervised visits were canceled and he got everything he wanted. My son has been through medical neglect, abuse and is still in counseling. She did nothing to protect him. His lawyer accused me of committing fraud with the state (I wasn't even on daycare assistance), bank fraud (I still get personal checks from my son's father) and "being mean to him by taking his son away" even though he tried to kill him. Jamie is the worse experience I have ever lived through. She collected her money and left lasting scars. I was highly upset and she dropped the case with temporary orders. She was not responsible for the mess she created.

Jamie is ALL about the money!! When I was on the witness stand for my son she let the opposing attorney badger me and accuse me of purgery.She never objected to his harrassment.Also she told my son what to drink and take before taking a drug test so it would come out negative. How corrupt is that?? After giving her $4,000 for just getting his rights as a father (reason for divorce was his wife was a drug addict) when she saw we couldn't afford her anymore she turned us over to a paralegal who would charge less. Well we found out he was disbarred or on probation for alcohol or substance abuse and he took the money I gave him to pay childcare and never gave it to them, he kept it for himself.We got it back after much stress.Do not use her, she will tell you everything is great and then sits back and says NOTHING!!

It's all about the money for her. Say one thing and do another. Stay away from her. She will not be on your side. She was clearly on the other side. She didn't take the time to listen and seemed to be in a hurry all the time. She wouldn't even listen to all I have to say, she walk away before I was done speaking. I felt like I was fighting her all the time on big issues that she make sound insignificant. I would avoid her. She is over priced and doesn't take the time to learn your case.
