Paid him a lot of money for an attorney i never met. Had my first appointment with his assistant, who was knowledgable on everything, but never met the attorney. Kept rescheduling my appointments and never liked to return phone calls.

My brother and I both used this attoney for bankruptcy and he also used him for a divorce. The ratings are based on the staff mainly. My brohter never spoke with the lawyer himself until court and I only met with him once. Very nice but he likes to cut you off as well as his staff when speaking.Staff seems do to all the work. And they were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. When questions aroes, everytime we would call and ask to speak with him, someone from the staff would always call. When it was time to sign papers and finalize everything, again, we met with his staff. He didnt even know who we were when it was time for court. The girls are so sweet in that office and really get the work done quick and right. I can recommend this office due to my experience with his staff, Wish I could say the same about the lawyer but he never seems to be around & relays on his staff to do the work. Good if you want the job done quick and right without meeting the lawyer you pay for.

I was very pleased with the work that David and his staff did for me with regard to my bankruptcy. They were extremely professional and outlined the full process involved with the filing, court (trustee) appearance, what documents I would need to provide, all of the available options, choices to consider and their long-term effects/benefits. I felt well informed and represented which enabled me to feel confident with their services and the bankruptcy process. As with any legal matter, you need to be prepared and honest with your attorney and to be willing to provide everything requested in a timely manner so that they can properly represent you. I now have the fresh start that I need and their support and guidance will help me to not get into this sort of financial situation again. I would recommend this firm to anyone considering filing bankruptcy.

Do not recommend! For me I was not fully informed of all options and the consequences other than his own recommendations. Then when a snag became evident he announced I could of done it the other way if I had waited. I needed to know all sides/options upfront, that is why I paid a lawyer. Was told one thing, should of done another, and for only a $1000 more above the initial fee he could fix that for me. His online ad states that he is a christian lawyer and that is why I selected him. I thought he would be lacking for nothing and not shortened by omissions. What I got was no special quality or type of character and run-of-the-mill services. I know now that I made a mistake following this man's direction and it will take more money for another authentic lawyer to amend my issue/re-file my legal proceeding. In the lawyer office I could hear names/situations being addressed on the phone. I heard the lawyer defending his stance as if things didn't go as expected for the caller. Red flag!!
